What I do to stay balanced: As a busy Mom of two young children and a Professional Organizer, I definitely need to find the time to stay balanced. I love practicing Yoga. It brings the body and mind together for one hour with no interruptions. Afterwards, I feel so relaxed and have a sense of peace. I can actually say that I have a better night's sleep too. :-)
